I am a single mom and they pulled out the dryer for me and put it back and cleaned up after the cleaning. Most local businesses take days to return your call ,however this was not the case with Leatherneck. They came out the same week I called ! Had a great experience with Nick! He went above and beyond cleaning my dryer vent and helped with my washer hose which was about to burst. He also called to follow up and ensure everything was working properly and no leaks. Highly recommend him!

March 10, 2023When I called Leatherneck , I thought it was just going to be a simple cleaning of my dryer vent. But when he showed me where my vent wasn’t even connected to my dryer, it dawned on me that’s why I always had so much lint every time I washed something that should not have had much lint at all and why the room stayed so hot. Nick was not only very affordable and reasonable but very thorough in his work. When he finished, and I washed a load of towels, the lint was not built up like it had been before and the room was not hot. He also left the room and outside very clean. He’s very personable and thorough. I will start calling him every year.

Nikia was very courteous, professional and thorough. He cleaned my dryer vent. He explained everything he was going to do prior to service and then again when he was done. He also cleaned my gutters on the fly! When he saw how full of leaves they were while on the roof cleaning the vent he said he had time to get them cleaned as well. You won’t be disappointed with his service.
